These are not confirmed. TPWD says only that it is acquiring "approximately 650 acres" of Lake Palestine shoreline in Henderson County, and the item sits in executive session until the commission votes. No seller has been named. What is shown here is simply every owner in the county holding a shoreline tract of roughly that size — three of them, out of 108,484 parcels. One is the public water authority that owns and runs the lake; two are private. The white dot marks the Henderson County stretch of shoreline TPWD described; it is not a location the state has given.
